All items listed on HeyCycling.com are protected under 30 Days Money-back Guarantee. You may return the items to us for refund or replacement within the protection period. All returned items must be in "new", not worn or washed condition and returned in the same packaging as shipped. Please keep the tags attached for re-sale.

If a customer requests for a refund, HeyCycling.com will fully refund to him/her as long as the items are in "new", not worn or washed condition and returned in the same packaging as shipped. And HeyCycling.com will reserves the right to assess a 20% restocking fee against the Customer's account on return. If a customer requests for a replacement, the customer should be responsible for the shipping fee to us and HeyCycling.com are responsible for the shipping fee to the customer.


Defective Items:

Our clothing is warranted to be of defects for the period of 30 days after receiving. Please wash, wear and inspect the garment. If during the first 30days of use you find it to be defective. Return the item for inspection and we will repair or replace the garment.

To return a item based upon HeyCycling.com replacement/return guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return period for the item. Please contact us for a RMA. HeyCycling.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Items returned to HeyCycling.com must be received within the 30-day limit. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned item.
